  • Location of box will be determined by supervisor, and safety of vehicle setting & servicing the box.

    The haul charge above will be levied every 30 days whether service is provided or not.

    The party requesting the container shall hold the City of Prescott harmless from all claims by the homeowner, contractor or any other persons because of injury, damage to property or trespass. The party requesting the container is responsible for the entire contents of the box and any additional items around the box regardless of who places the debris into the box.

    Application Requirements: All application items listed must be completed and the application returned. Applicants must provide a Clear Copy of Driver’s License.

    Billing and Payment Requirements: Invoice accounts will be billed monthly and include itemized charges listed in the invoice. All Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of billing. Delinquent payments will be charged a 1.5% per month interest penalty plus termination of charge account privileges until account becomes current.

    If payment for services continue to be delinquent, the City of Prescott reserves the right to report the unpaid amount to it’s Collection Agents, or seek any other lawful means to collect the debt.Your payment is due in full 30 days after dated invoice.     Customers Responsibilities, please acknowledge each item below:

    Provide a suitable site on a level surface, free from overhead obstructions on the property for the container and grant the City of Prescott access to the container. *No Roll off is permitted to be set on Pavers*
    Provide unobstructed access around and leading to the container on collection day(s).
    Agree not to overload container by weight or by volume. If the City determines the container is overloaded and/or deemed unsafe to haul, the customer will be responsible for off-loading the container.
    Properly load the container – distributing weight evenly and a minimum of three inches (3”) below the top of the container.
    If disposing of rock, dirt, gravel, bricks, block, concrete, tile, sod and/or other heavy material, the contents must not exceed twelve inches (12”) from the bottom of the container.
    Ensure not to damage container when using equipment to load the container or be subject to additional fees for repairs.
    Close and secure the back door of container prior to driver’s arrival to haul/relocate/remove the container.
    Ensure that no unacceptable material is placed into the container.

    * Unacceptable items include: tires, paint, hazardous waste, motor oil, batteries, wet concrete, and items containing Freon.
