agree to abide by the regulatory requirements associated with the reuse of reclaimed water as outlined in this document and understand there may be restrictions imposed on the quantity of effluent that can be delivered for construction use, due to prior commitments with high demand users.

There may be times when the demand is greater than the treatment facilities can produce; therefore, a reduction or possible cessation of effluent for construction use may be necessary for a short period of time until storage levels can be replenished.
