City of Prescott Recreation Services 4th of July Celebration Retail or Information Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the City of Prescott's annual 4th of July Celebration. This signa- ture community event brings together families, friends, and visitors for an evening of patriotic pride, entertain- ment, and festivities. We are excited to offer a limited number of vendor opportunities for businesses and organ- izations seeking to engage with our community during this high-attendance celebration.

For the 2026 event, the City will be selecting:

Up to 15 Retail Vendors Up to 10 Informational Vendors Due to event logistics and space limitations, vendor spaces are limited and will be selected through a review process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Please note the following important requirements:

Retail and Informational Vendors are not permitted to sell or distribute any food or beverage items of any kind. Vendors wishing to sell food or beverages must complete and submit a separate Food Vendor Application and meet all applicable health and safety requirements.

The deadline to submit a completed Retail or Informational Vendor Application is: May 15, 2026

Applications received after this date may not be considered. Vendors will be notified of acceptance status fol- lowing the review period.

We are seeking vendors whose products or services reflect the American ideals of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, those whose offerings promote healthy living, support local enterprise, celebrate creativity, and strengthen neighbor-to-neighbor connection. "Life" means vendors who contribute to wellness, vitality, and family experiences. "Liberty" reflects organizations that empower individuals, champion innovation, and show- case the freedom to create and thrive. And the "Pursuit of Happiness" shines through vendors who bring joy, entertainment, comfort, and meaningful opportunities to gather and celebrate together. We encourage busi- nesses and organizations to showcase products, services, and community resources that reflect the spirit of Inde- pendence Day while contributing to a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere. Event Policies & Acknowledgments

By submitting this application, you agree to the following: - The $100 or $50 vendor fee is non-refundable. - Booth spaces are assigned by event staff. - Vendors must be set up by 2:30pm on July 4th and remain open until at least 7:30pm on July 4th. - No early teardown unless approved. - Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, equipment, and cleanup. - Event organizers reserve the right to deny any application. - If you are a vendor intending to sell goods or services you must contact the City of Prescott Tax & Licensing Office at (928)777-1268 no later than two weeks prior to event for proper licensing.
